Names & Nomenclature — Mistletoe, sold as Mistletoe and declared on the label as Mistletoe (Viscum album), is botanically Viscum album L. of the family Santalaceae (formerly Viscaceae); its herb is known pharmacopeially as Visci albi herba; this European mistletoe is distinct from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Sang Ji Sheng (桑寄生, Taxillus species) and has no classical Ayurvedic name; in German it is Mistel or Weißbeerige Mistel, in Spanish muérdago or muérdago blanco, and in French gui or gui blanc; and its common English names include European mistletoe, mistletoe, all-heal, and birdlime mistletoe.

All discretionary return requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Return requests are evaluated individually and are not automatically approved. To qualify for consideration, items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of written return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed.
