Heartland Calm Glycerite — an alcohol-free, small-batch 1:5 glycerin extract of six flowers, berries, and leaves, handcrafted by AMA Remedies. The dropper version of our Heart & Pressure Calm loose leaf tea.

Hibiscus leads — the same crimson calyx that goes into agua de jamaica on every summer table in Laredo — and hawthorn berry sits right beside it, the hedgerow fruit European herbalists have gathered for centuries. Linden flower and lemon balm bring the softness; olive leaf the green, slightly bitter middle; rose hips the tart finish. Made with vegetable glycerin instead of alcohol, so it is naturally sweet and gentle on the tongue.
Made at a 1:5 herb-to-solvent ratio — one part dried botanicals to five parts glycerin and water — and steeped four to six weeks before pressing.
Ingredients: Hibiscus calyx (Hibiscus sabdariffa), hawthorn berry (Crataegus spp.), linden flower (Tilia spp.), lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis), olive leaf (Olea europaea), rose hips (Rosa canina), vegetable glycerin, distilled water. Alcohol-free.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults: 2 mL (about 40–50 drops) in water or straight, up to twice daily. Follow the directions and precautions on your product label. One 2 fl oz bottle is a 15- to 30-day supply at this rate. Refrigerate after opening.
