Names & Nomenclature — Elderberry, sold as Elderberry and declared on the label as Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), is botanically Sambucus nigra L. of the family Viburnaceae (formerly Caprifoliaceae); its fruit is known pharmacopeially as Sambuci fructus and its flower as Sambuci flos; it has no classical Traditional Chinese Medicine name (the allied Sambucus williamsii is 接骨木, jiē gǔ mù) or classical Ayurvedic name; in German it is Schwarzer Holunder or Fliederbeere, in Spanish saúco or bayas de saúco, and in French sureau noir or baie de sureau; and its common English names include elderberry, black elder, European elder, and elder.

All discretionary return requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Return requests are evaluated individually and are not automatically approved. To qualify for consideration, items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of written return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed.
