Names & Nomenclature — Bitter Ginger, sold as Zingiber Aromaticum and declared on the label as Zingiber Aromaticum (Zingiber zerumbet), is botanically Zingiber zerumbet (L.) Roscoe ex Sm. of the family Zingiberaceae (the ginger family); its rhizome has no single standard pharmacopeial Latin name; it has no distinct classical Traditional Chinese Medicine name, and in Ayurveda it has no single fixed classical Sanskrit name (sometimes associated with Śaṭhī, a name also applied to related species); in German it is Zerumbet-Ingwer or Schampoo-Ingwer, in Spanish jengibre amargo or zerumbet, and in French gingembre amer or gingembre shampooing; and its common English names include bitter ginger, shampoo ginger, pinecone ginger, and zerumbet.

To qualify for consideration, items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of written return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed.
