Names & Nomenclature — Rose Petals, sold as Rose Petals and declared on the label as Rose Petals (Rosa damascena), is the damask rose, botanically Rosa × damascena Herrm. of the family Rosaceae (the rose family); its flower is known pharmacopeially as Rosae flos; in Traditional Chinese Medicine the rose flower is Mei Gui Hua (玫瑰花), and in Ayurveda the rose is the Sanskrit Śatapatrī (Hindi Gulab); in German it is Damaszener-Rose or Rosenblüten, in Spanish rosa de Damasco or pétalos de rosa, and in French rose de Damas or pétales de rose; and its common English names include rose petals, damask rose, and Bulgarian rose.

All discretionary return requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Return requests are evaluated individually and are not automatically approved. To qualify for consideration, items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of written return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed.
