Names & Nomenclature — Lemongrass, sold as Lemongrass and declared on the label as Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), is botanically Cymbopogon citratus (DC.) Stapf of the family Poaceae (the grass family); its aerial parts are known pharmacopeially as Cymbopogonis herba; in Traditional Chinese Medicine it is 柠檬草 (níng méng cǎo, 香茅), and in Ayurveda the Sanskrit Bhūtīka (Hindi Gandhatrina); in German it is Zitronengras or Lemongras, in Spanish hierba limón, limoncillo, or zacate limón, and in French citronnelle; and its common English names include lemongrass, West Indian lemongrass, and fever grass.

To qualify for consideration, items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of written return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed.
