Names & Nomenclature — Jojoba, sold as Jojoba and declared on the label as Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis), is botanically Simmondsia chinensis (Link) C.K.Schneid. of the family Simmondsiaceae; its seed oil is known pharmacopeially as Simmondsiae oleum; it has no classical Traditional Chinese Medicine or Ayurvedic name; in German it is Jojoba or Jojobastrauch, in Spanish jojoba, and in French jojoba; and its common English names include jojoba, goat nut, and deer nut.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: We review requests individually. We generally do not accept returns or issue refunds solely because a correctly described botanical differs from a representative photograph in natural color, texture, or unspecified cut size.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description, or is otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law or marketplace policies.
All discretionary return requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Return requests are evaluated individually and are not automatically approved. To qualify for consideration, items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of written return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed.
