Names & Nomenclature — Devil's Club, sold as Devil's Club and declared on the label as Devil's Club (Oplopanax horridus), is botanically Oplopanax horridus (Sm.) Miq. of the family Araliaceae (the ginseng family); it has no standard pharmacopeial Latin name and, as a Pacific Northwest plant, no classical Traditional Chinese Medicine or Ayurvedic name; in German it is generally called Teufelskeule, in Spanish garrote del diablo, and in French bois piquant or massue du diable; and its common English names include devil's club, Alaskan ginseng, and cukilanarpak.

All discretionary return requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Return requests are evaluated individually and are not automatically approved. To qualify for consideration, items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of written return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed.
