Red River Flow Tincture — a small-batch liquid herbal 1:5 extract of ten roots, berries, leaves, and spices, handcrafted by AMA Remedies.

Hawthorn berries lead this blend, the same red berries European herbalists have picked from hedgerows for centuries. Beet root gives it the color and an earthy sweetness. Turmeric and ginger bring the warmth, cayenne and black pepper the bite, and garlic the savory depth you would expect from a Laredo kitchen. Nettle leaf, dandelion leaf, and ginkgo leaf round it out with green, mineral notes. It tastes like what it is: a whole spice rack and a berry patch, pressed into one bottle.
Made at a 1:5 herb-to-solvent ratio — one part dried botanicals to five parts extraction liquid — and steeped four to six weeks at room temperature before pressing.
Ingredients: Hawthorn berry (Crataegus spp.), beet root (Beta vulgaris), turmeric root (Curcuma longa), nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale), ginger root (Zingiber officinale), ginkgo leaf (Ginkgo biloba), cayenne pepper (Capsicum annuum), garlic (Allium sativum), black pepper (Piper nigrum), cane alcohol, distilled water. Approximately 53% alcohol by volume.
Suggested use: Shake well before use. Adults: 2 mL (about 40–50 drops) once daily in water, tea, or juice. Follow the directions and precautions on your product label. One 2 fl oz bottle is a 30-day supply at this rate.
