Names & Nomenclature — Avens, sold as Avens and declared on the label as Avens (Geum urbanum), is botanically Geum urbanum L. of the family Rosaceae (the rose family); its root was historically listed as Caryophyllatae radix, and it has no classical Traditional Chinese Medicine or Ayurvedic name; in German it is Echte Nelkenwurz, in Spanish hierba de San Benito or cariofilada, and in French benoîte or herbe de saint Benoît; and its common English names include wood avens, herb Bennet, colewort, and St. Benedict's herb.

Approved returns must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of written return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed.
