Names & Nomenclature — Agarwood, sold as Agarwood and declared on the label as Agarwood (Aquilaria malaccensis), is botanically Aquilaria malaccensis Lam., with the synonym Aquilaria agallocha Roxb., of the family Thymelaeaceae; its resinous wood is known pharmacopeially as Aquilariae lignum resinatum; in Traditional Chinese Medicine it is 沉香 (chén xiāng), and in Ayurveda the Sanskrit Aguru or Kṛṣṇāguru (Hindi Agar); in German it is Adlerholz or Aloeholz, in Spanish madera de agar or agáloco, and in French bois d'aigle, bois d'agar, or calambac; and its common English names include aloeswood, eaglewood, and oud.

All discretionary return requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days of confirmed delivery. Return requests are evaluated individually and are not automatically approved. To qualify for consideration, items must be unopened, unused, unaltered, and in their original sealed packaging. Approved returns must be shipped within ten (10) calendar days of written return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on discretionary returns unless otherwise agreed.
